FAQs

We have compiled answers to the questions that parents most often ask to help you navigate this process with peace of mind.

Everything you need to know about the Fodyliner washable liner

What is a FodyLiner washable liner?

The Fodyliner is a washable suede liner that replaces disposable liners. It protects the insert, makes cleaning easier thanks to its reversible system, reduces stains, and provides a light stay-dry effect.

What is the difference between a washable veil and a disposable veil?

Disposable liners are for single use only, while washable liners can be reused hundreds of times. The FodyLiner reduces waste, keeps the insert clean, retains stool better, and offers more lasting comfort.

How does the reversible system work?

When stool is present, the Fodyliner folds inside out to form a small pocket. This allows for the removal of stool without direct contact and effectively protects the washable insert.

Is the Fodyliner compatible with all washable nappies?

Yes. It fits all TE2 washable nappies and integrates perfectly into the Berceau nappy. Its thinness and size ensure excellent compatibility with inserts and bassinets.

How do I wash a washable suede veil?

After use, it is recommended to rinse the veil, then wash it at 40–60°C with a detergent that does not contain glycerin or fabric softener. Tumble drying is not recommended in order to preserve the fibers. A complete washing routine will help optimize its lifespan.

How many Fodyliner washable liners should I buy?

It is recommended to have as many washable liners as inserts used in your routine. The quantity can be adjusted according to your washing frequency and the number of daily diaper changes.
