What is your return policy?

At Ma Boule De Couches®, if a product doesn't suit you, you have 14 days to return it as long as it's complete and unused. Full details and conditions are available in our return policy here .

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, an exchange is possible. The item must be unworn and unused. Depending on your preference, we can offer a credit note or a refund.

What to do in case of a manufacturing defect?

If you notice a manufacturing defect in one of our products, please contact us promptly with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos . After verification, we will offer you a suitable solution (exchange or other), in accordance with our policy.

How do I choose the right product for my baby?

The choice depends on age, weight, absorption needs, and usage (daytime, nap, nighttime). Our assistant Otïa is there to guide you toward the most suitable solution.

What is the difference between the inserts offered?

Each insert has a specific role: absorption, speed, volume, or targeted use. The product descriptions detail their characteristics to help you make the right choice.

Can I combine several products together?

Yes, some inserts and boosters can be combined to adapt the absorbency to your baby's needs.

How can I adjust the absorbency if my baby has leaks?

Leaks can be related to a need for higher absorbency or a strong urine stream. We recommend adjusting the combination of inserts and reading our blog article here .

What products do you recommend for nighttime?

For long nights or babies with high absorption needs , we recommend our Canopée night diaper , combined with the Doux'Plis insert from around 9 kg for maximum absorption. Before 9 kg, the Berceau diaper works very well at night when combined with a Bambelis Trifold insert and an Absorb6 booster , in order to adapt the absorbency to the baby's needs.
