Every order is carefully prepared in our workshop located in Restigné, France.
We currently ship to mainland France and most major countries within the European Union.
Shipments to other destinations (French overseas territories, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc.) are available upon request only.

Home Delivery (Mondial Relay): €14.50 – Free for orders over €150

Pick-up Point (Chronopost or Mondial Relay): €6.90–€9.90
Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo Europe): €13.90
Average delivery time: 4–6 business days.

Spain / Italy / Portugal

Standard Home Delivery: €11.90

Free Shipping

Free delivery to pick-up points in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €70.
Free standard delivery for all other European countries for orders over €150.

Processing Times

Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A tracking email is sent once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the time of year.

Delivery Issues or Returns

In case of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or carrier return, a new shipment will be sent once the package is returned to our warehouse.
