Refund policy

At Ma Boule De Couches®, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may benefit from our returns and refund policy under the following conditions.

  1. Returns

Return window
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Condition of products
Returned items must be complete, unused, unwashed, untried on, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
For hygiene reasons, any textile product (nappies, inserts, washable accessories) that has been used or washed cannot be taken back.
Items sealed for health protection (e.g. hygiene products) are non-returnable once unsealed.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a faulty product or our error.

  1. Refunds

Inspection of the return
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.

Refund
If your return is accepted, the refund will be made to the original payment method. By law, it will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) or valid proof of postage from you.
For a full order return, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery cost (any express/upgrade options are excluded).

Partial returns
For partial returns, the original delivery charges are not refunded. For full returns, only the standard initial delivery cost is refunded (express options excluded).

  1. Non-refundable products

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

  • Textile products that have been washed, tried on or used

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items sealed for health protection that have been unsealed after delivery

  1. Exchanges

Faulty or damaged products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you may request an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us immediately at contact@mabouledecouches.fr so we can arrange the process.

Exchange conditions
Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. If the desired item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

  1. How to return a product?

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@mabouledecouches.fr stating your order number, the product(s) concerned and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
