⭐ Things to know about the awarding of the Golden Balls

Golden Balls are loyalty points that you automatically earn with every eligible order you place in our store. They are credited as soon as the order is finalized and paid for.

However, some orders do not allow you to earn Golden Balls. This is the case when a promotional code is used at checkout, when a purchase is made during a sale period, or when products benefit from an automatic discount.

Why? Because these orders already benefit from an immediate discount. To maintain a fair balance for all our customers, promotional benefits do not combine with loyalty points.

But rest assured: from your next order outside of the promotion, your Golden Balls will resume their normal course and will accumulate as usual.
