The Otïa Egg Hunt

1. Organizer

The promotional game "Otïa's Egg Hunt" is organised by Ma Boule De Couches® , a sole proprietorship, whose headquarters are located at 119 rue Basse, 37140 Restigné, France , registered under SIRET 899 708 580 00027 , intra-community VAT FR66899708580 , reachable at the following address: contact@mabouledecouches.fr .

The game is open to individuals of legal age residing in the European Union.

2. Objective of the game

The game consists of discovering virtual eggs hidden on different pages of the Ma Boule De Couches® website.

Participants must navigate the site to locate these eggs and advance their personal counter.

Once 30 eggs have been found , the participant can validate their participation via the form displayed on the website.

The maximum number of eggs that can be collected is set at 100 eggs .

The eggs collected as part of the game serve only to advance the participant's counter in order to allow them to reach the levels set by the game.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these regulations, the discovery of an egg does not, in itself, entitle the finder to any immediate, automatic or guaranteed prize .

3. Game Period

The game is organized from March 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM to April 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM inclusive.

Any participation made outside of this period will not be taken into account.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, shorten or interrupt the game in case of technical necessity, fraud, malfunction, manifest abuse or force majeure, without incurring any liability.

4. General Game Operation

Eggs appear randomly while browsing the site.

The participant can click on these eggs to collect them.

Each egg collected increases the participant's personal counter.

Some eggs may be rarer, more fleeting, or harder to spot than others.

The game is primarily based on exploring the site and discovering different pages.

The participant's progress is recorded locally on their device, notably through the use of cookies or equivalent technologies necessary for the operation of the game.

This progress can be retained as long as these technical elements are not deleted, erased, blocked or altered by the participant, their browser, their device or third-party software.

The Organizer does not guarantee that progress will be maintained, particularly in the event of:

– deleting cookies or browsing data

– the use of private browsing or an equivalent mode

– changing the device

– changing browsers

– a technical block preventing local data recording

– the use of extensions, filters, blockers or privacy tools that alter the game's functionality

– or any other technical parameter outside the control of the Organizer

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their progress is properly maintained throughout the game.

5. Special eggs and random appearance

Some eggs present in the game may appear temporarily, randomly or exceptionally while browsing the site.

These special eggs, which may include so-called "rare", "very rare", "Holy Grail" or "Mirage" eggs, may appear for a limited time, disappear automatically, not be clickable, or appear only under certain browsing conditions.

The appearance of these elements is due to a random technical feature of the game.

The Organizer does not guarantee that each participant will be able to see, review, click on, collect or capture all of the special eggs.

No claims can be made regarding:

– the visibility of an egg

– its duration of appearance

– its automatic disappearance

– its non-clickable nature

– its difficulty of access

– its temporary nature

– or the fact that it could not be seen, clicked, collected or captured

Unless otherwise specifically stipulated in these rules, special eggs, like other eggs, have the primary function of accelerating or facilitating progress in the game, without awarding a direct prize.

6. Special Case of the Mirage Egg

The Mirage Egg is a special case within the game.

Unlike other eggs, which are mainly used to advance the participant's counter, the Mirage Egg can, under strict conditions, entitle the holder to an exceptional refund of an eligible order placed on the Ma Boule De Couches® website during the official game period.

The Mirage Egg can appear in an extremely brief, random and exceptional manner.

It can disappear automatically, without the possibility of clicking or traditional collection.

To be admissible, the discovery of the Mirage Egg must necessarily result in a complete, legible, usable and unretouched screenshot , taken by the participant at the time of its appearance.

Only the first person to cumulatively meet all of the conditions below will be eligible for this exceptional prize:

– having seen the Mirage Egg during the official game period

– to have taken a usable screenshot of this display

– having submitted the requested proof to the Organizer under the conditions set out in these regulations

– to have placed, before the discovery of the Mirage Egg , an eligible order on the website during the competition period

Any order placed after the discovery, appearance, display or capture of the Mirage Egg is expressly excluded from refund , even if that order was placed during the official game period.

Simply discovering the Mirage Egg does not trigger a purchase in order to obtain a refund.

Any refund can only apply to one order:

– which occurred prior to the discovery of the Mirage Egg

– passed between March 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM and April 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM

– validated

– actually paid

– not cancelled

– not refundable

– non-fraudulent

– and in accordance with these conditions

If the person who validly discovered the Mirage Egg has not placed any eligible order prior to this discovery , they will not be entitled to any refund , nor to any substitute batch , nor to any voucher , nor to any credit , nor to any compensation , nor to any transfer to a subsequent order .

If the first person who submitted acceptable evidence does not meet all the conditions set out in these regulations, the Organizer may examine, in chronological order of receipt, the next application accompanied by acceptable evidence, until a fully eligible participant is identified.

The prize linked to the Mirage Egg is personal, unique, non-transferable, non-assignable and non-redeemable.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application that is incomplete, illegible, inconsistent, late, falsified, abusive or fraudulent.

7. Ticketing System

The game operates on a system of participation tickets.

Each level reached can award one or more tickets.

Each ticket corresponds to an entry of the participant's name in the list used for the final draw.

So :

– 1 ticket corresponds to one entry of the name on the draw list

– 2 tickets correspond to two entries of the name on the draw list

– 3 tickets correspond to three entries of the name on the draw list

The more tickets a participant has, the higher their chances of being drawn.

8. Participation Procedures

Participation in the main draw is done via the form displayed on the site during the game's milestones.

The participant must provide their email address and the information requested in the form.

Only one entry per person will be valid for the main draw, subject to the ticket mechanisms provided for by the game.

Progress in the game and obtaining tickets does not exempt the participant from correctly completing the form when it is required to validate their participation.

For the specific case of the Mirage Egg, the request must be sent by email to:

This request must be sent during the official game period or, at the latest, within 48 hours of the alleged discovery, and absolutely before April 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM . After this deadline, the request will be inadmissible.

The application must be accompanied by the evidence required under these regulations.

9. Evidence Verification for the Mirage Egg

As part of the verification process for a request related to the Mirage Egg, the participant must submit the following upon the Organizer's first request:

– the complete, legible and usable screenshot

– a photograph clearly showing the phone or device in question next to the screen displaying the screenshot

– any element that allows the command invoked to be identified

– a partial copy of an official document of your choice to prove your identity

The participant may mask any unnecessary information on this document, provided that the information transmitted reasonably allows their identity and the consistency of their request to be established.

The Organizer reserves the right to request any additional documents or information in case of legitimate doubt regarding:

– the authenticity of the capture

– the date or time of discovery

– the participant's identity

– the reality of participation

– the reality, date and time of the order in question

– the prior nature of this order in relation to the discovery of the Mirage Egg

– or the non-fraudulent nature of the request

The Organizer may verify, by any reasonably available technical means, the consistency between:

– the date and time of the alleged discovery of the Mirage Egg

– the date and time of the screenshot

– the date and time of the order in question

– and the technical data associated with the game's operation

If the requested information is not provided within the given timeframe, or if the evidence is insufficient, falsified, inconsistent, incomplete or unusable, the request will be rejected.

10. Designation of the winner of the main draw

At the end of the game, a draw will be held among the participants eligible for the main prize.

The draw will be carried out randomly using a digital tool.

The winner will be contacted by email.

The winner may also be announced on the Ma Boule De Couches® website and social media.

By participating, players agree that their first name and the initial of their last name may be used to announce the result.

The special case of the Mirage Egg does not fall under the final draw, but under a specific verification carried out by the Organizer in accordance with these regulations.

11. Earnings

11.1 Main Gain

The winner of the main draw will receive a €150 voucher valid on the Ma Boule De Couches® website.

Terms :

– valid for 6 months from the date of dispatch

– Not valid in conjunction with any other current promotions, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer

– not exchangeable for money

- non refundable

– only usable on products in stock

The promotional code will be sent by email within a maximum of 15 days after the winner is announced.

11.2 Exceptional Gain Related to the Mirage Egg

The exceptional prize linked to the Mirage Egg, when validly awarded, consists of the issuance of a voucher for an amount equivalent to the amount including tax of an eligible order placed prior to the discovery of the Mirage Egg , up to a maximum of €150 including tax .

This voucher is valid exclusively on the Ma Boule De Couches® website.

The voucher amount corresponds to:

• to the amount actually paid for the products ordered
  
• after deduction of any discount, promotion, promotional code, gift card or commercial benefit
  
• excluding delivery charges and additional fees
  

The amount of the voucher cannot under any circumstances exceed:

• the amount actually paid for the eligible order
  
• nor the maximum limit of €150 including VAT
  

The voucher will be sent to the participant by email after full validation of the request.

Terms of use:

• valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  
• usable only on products available on the website
  
• not exchangeable for money
  
• non-transferable
  
• non refundable
  

Only one order can result in the awarding of this voucher.

The exceptional prize linked to the Mirage Egg can only be awarded to one participant for the entire duration of the game.

12. Free participation

The game is accessible without any obligation to purchase .

Participation in the game, the main draw and the progression by collecting eggs does not require any purchase on the site.

However, the specific prize associated with the Mirage Egg can only be awarded for orders placed before its discovery and during the official game period, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these rules. Participation in the main game must remain free and distinct from any potential promotional offer.

13. Combating fraud

Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant, without prejudice to any further action that the Organizer may deem necessary.

The following are considered to be forms of fraud:

– the use of automated scripts

– the use of bots, macros or automation tools

– the falsification of screenshots

– the modification of timestamps or technical data

– the creation of multiple accounts

– manipulating the game's mechanics

– identity theft

– the use of technical means intended to alter the normal progression of the game

– the transmission of false, incomplete or misleading evidence

– any attempt to fraudulently obtain the prize associated with the Mirage Egg

The Organizer reserves the right to verify any participation, any progress, any screenshot, any order and any supporting document submitted.

In the event of legitimate suspicion of fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotional mechanism, the Organizer may cancel the participation concerned without prior notice.

14. Responsibility

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:

– a technical problem preventing participation

– temporary or permanent interruption of the site

– computer bug

– display error

– of non-preservation of progression

– data loss related to the participant's browser or device

– invalid, incomplete or unregistered participation

– the inability to see, click, collect or capture a special egg

– technical incompatibility between the game and the participant's digital environment

– slowdown, failure, saturation or unavailability of the internet network

In the event of force majeure, massive fraud, manifest abuse or technical necessity, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten or cancel the game.

15. Personal data

The data collected as part of the game, including email address and, where applicable, certain supporting documents submitted for verification, are used for:

– game management

– validation of entries

– ticket management

– the selection of the winner

– the verification of a request related to the Mirage Egg

– sending the prize or information related to the game

– fraud prevention

Participants may, if they wish, agree to receive marketing communications from Ma Boule De Couches®.

Acceptance of these terms is optional and not a condition for participation in the game. CNIL recommendations require a distinction to be made between participation in the game and consent to marketing communications.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These regulations are subject to French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of common law.

17. Independence of social networks

This game is not organized, sponsored, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Threads.

The information provided by participants is intended solely for Ma Boule De Couches®.

18. Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
